Why do I earn less money than earlier, when my elo was a lot lower? Some time ago i could get sposnors that gave me over 30000 cash, now im stuck in 20000 or little above. I had about 1400 elo, and now when I have about 1600 elo (almost 1700) as well as more spendings such as maintaing my players, staff, and facilities I'm starting to have a problem, since I earn less and less.... How does it work guys? Im gonna soon earn 10k per sponsor, and while havin to pay 200 000 for staff, players and facilities I'll be gettin 100 000 oer day? Kinda sad.

At the moment we can just hope that Henri comes up with the new game sim soon, so he has time to look into stuff like that. Actually I feel like it's ok this way.
Maybe there will be a minior fix to this, but don't expect it! After the game sim, he will work on merch/fans etc. With that you should be fine financialwise.

Are you making sure your reputation is high as well? Sometimes people forget about reputation managers and they expire. Also, make sure that the bulk of your income comes from players streaming. Don't focus their energy on ranked and team ranked, those things are not really as important as money. Plus, they will come slowly.

Reputation is fine, the team elo is a problem. For example sposnor required 1400 elo, after I chose him, and the contract expired his requirements went up to the level I can't reach atm. My reputation is 2100 right now, so as I said it's not the problem here.
PS: I also found some strange things with players. My toplaner was just outstanding, so I decided to put quite much into this lane. I got 2 coaches just for him, and since he has 2 ppl to coach him, his performance dropped dramaticaly. From over 2000 he got to 1700, wtf?

Are you keeping his energy in the optimal range?
Sponsor requirements are based on what a certain percentage of people can achieve. As the average ELO of active players rises and inactive drop out the requirements are increasing.
