Energy Consumption Varying?

It feels hard to find a balance between ranked games, streaming, training, and solo q that my players can mantain with at least decent energy levels. My question is, do some of these actions cost more energy than the others, or does it not matter?

Training costs like 1/3 as much as the others.

Jaegybomb : Well i think it depends on how much training the player receives. Because I tried to replace 5 games from a player by 5 training sessions (he already had 10 training sessions so it makes 15 sessions after that) and he lost more energy than 5 games.

Tried to get a formula by setting different amounts of soloQ, same amount of streaming and training on several players , so i could check, how there energy restoration changes.
If A had one more soloQ game than B and loses 2% more energy, it means soloQ consumes 2%.
Did the same for different training sessions with same streaming/soloQ and different streaming with same training/soloQ.
Result: Energy consumption was never the same amount somehow. Sometimes streaming consumes 1% or 2%, sometimes even 3% for example

Streaming is like 1.6ish and training is like .5ish. Games don't draw the energy until after they are played while training draws the energy immediately so if you switch from 5 games to 5 training you pay for both on the same day.

Check the more info tab on your players to get the exact numbers.
The values are fix.

Also remember that facilites can influence your energy calculation.
