I think cs overall needs to be closer to LOL standards...like my mid always goes off 18/3/10 line but 100 cs lmao...top lane could be 9/1/18 with 30 cs....or support could go 24/6/29 with 150 cs lmao....whole system needs a bit tweeked.

Is your player currently as talented as the LCS standards? I can only assume your current elo is quite a bit less than challenger level players. In time, your technical skill stat (which effects cs) will get up there, and you'll probably have more reliable creep scores =D
