What do i do with money?

I have more than one million dollars, the only position that really needs an upgrade is support, what should i focus on?

- facilities costs are all around 300.000/400.000 each
- next sponsor slot costs 1.000.000 (but i have bad rep.)
- a support player
- other?

I would upgrade facilities for better performance, streaming income, energy, nwe coach slot etc. and sponsors slots.
even if you only get like 25k per day for the new sponsors, longterm its worth it.

Depends how much you net a day honestly.

I'd get gaming house to level 10, it's pretty important but sometimes you can't afford it.

1 million sponsor slots isn't bad at all, I'd get that ASAP.

Just keep trying to ramp up, I wouldn't place too much priority on new players at the moment.

We can't answer u well if we don't know ur setup, the state of your facilities and the level of your players as well as ur team elo and reputation and number of sponsor slots.
But i can share you my priorities.
Salvarity said reach lvl 10 gaming house. that's a final goal i'd say but i think too expensive at your level considering what you said.

- If you want to upgrade facilites :

Try to minimize maintenance costs, so don't reach more than level 8-9 utilities for example (the worst in terms of maintenance because easier to reach), sleeping area has a very low maintenance and is a good investment (you can go till level 11 easily without huge costs 35k/day), it will permit your players to play more games/day = more training, more streaming (underrated), more soloQ !
As we said upgrade gaming house at least at level 8 in order to have 5 coaches and one reputation manager with 9 players. 5 coaches are needed to upgrade your active players daily, that's the priority.
Finally, gaming gears, u can go level 11 but it costs a lot too even if the maintenance isn't that high but u need money for the rest, so my final advice is to upgrade gaming gears and sleeping area, these 2 are the best.

- If you want to upgrade you players :

Go for 5 coaches with gaming house. If your players are younger than 21 years old, don't care about training youth players in the academy, it's too expensive and too slow it will ruin your scaling potential plus you don't need it yet.
Invest a little in scouting (5k only) but you will only get the players people don't care so it might not be a good deal, it's only usefull if you want to fill you amount of players because you lost a bid on the market and want asap cheap player in order to earn money for his streaming for the remaining day.
The market. Try to find good opportunities, but it's easy to spend more than one hour bidding over people for the same player and then bid at a point it becomes not worth but just because you are triggered and want this player ! (at all costs, human nature u know), for example, for a 20 years old player with 16 in one stats, you can easily afford 100-150k and it's worth.

- Sponsor slots :

These are the saffest income you can secure for the future, but when it costs 2million for one slot and it will unlock a 40k/day sponsor, have in mind that it will take 50 days to become a worth investment. Sometimes it's better to upgrade facilities and players in order to rise you reputation and then have better sponsors for your actual slots = more money/day.

- Conclusion : The scaling, what to choose first, what priorities between all those previous things.

So if you want to scale you need to earn more money and train your players, how to do so ?
Priority is to train your players but after that : you make your useless players stream. When you have 9 players, 5 players have an active role, the 4 others (are "useless") do nothing but soloQ and training or Streaming, make those players full stream. It's always worth to hire a player in order to fill your players slots so this player can stream, he will always bring more money than he costs. Actually, All my players are streaming (10streaming/day), and they give around 36k/day each, so i make around 360k/day because i have 10 players. Remember, try to hire players with good personality and reputation so they earn a lot for streaming.
Upgrade sponsors slot if you can afford it more than the rest, sponsors slots are more valuable in terms of scaling, but don't do it if your team is falling in elo/reputation and players are not training well.
The facilities will improve the efficiency of many things, but focus on sleeping area and gaming house, coaches, player slots and player's energy are more worth than a bit boost of reputation.

So at your level priority is : Gaming house -> caoches and player slots -> training -> sleeping area -> streaming if you have some energy left -> sponsors if you can afford it -> buy new players on the market.

P.S : try to find a good in game strategy too.

Honestly if you guys are satisfied with a large source of income you should eventually seek to improve in long term in the Youth Academy for better future players and whatnot. However spending time in improving strategies and ranking up are efficient uses of time that you feel you may have an abundance of.
