How old do players need to be to play on the team. If i get 2 15 year olds from the academy can they play on the team like everyone else or do they need to be 18 years old to play league games and ranked ladder with team? (i was gone for 3 days and my contract with my mid and sup ran out FeelsBadMan)

They can start at any age. Their is no minimum age.
There is a maximum age though, once they 25 years old you can no longer extend the contracts and they will retire once the contract finishes.

The idea is to convert them into coaches, when they retire. This is not confirmed though!

Converting to coaches would be great. Then you don't have to waste superstars who are age 25.

Hm if they convert into coaches would they be permanent or just for 25 days? if the contract expires, does it mean the coach market would be flooded with retired players? :D

The admins have not confirmed anything and I don't think the converting to coach mechanic is actually in the game as of yet. It is just something theorized that could happen, I hope it does but I wouldn't count on it.

I just want to have them still be relevant in some way, It's probably stupid but I like to picture my team as actual players and having them just fade out after they hit 25 would be kinda a buzz kill for me.
