Custom prioritize order not working?

Hey, one of my players' Custom prioritize order is not working? I set my player Lowe Vince to pick weather girl only but he keeps on picking up other champions in solo queue.

It's because u are unlucky, prioritizing a champ doesn't mean u will pick it each game.
In these 3 games i suppose u prioritized weather girl but someone else did pick her instead or ur player :

But as you could see previously, u did pick weather girl in the last 2 games, see ? Everything's normal :)
