Hi there, Having a hard time understanding why this is happening, but here's my Team ELO vs. Avg. Player ELO vs. Team Rep. for the last 5 days.
Team ELO: 1631-1677-1706-1754-1724 Avg. Player ELO: 1801-1836-1826-1851-1872 Team Rep: 2435-2312-2165-2087-1854
What's going on here? Team Rep was even higher than this before, 2742 right before the 2435. Am I missing something in how this is calculated?

Reputation is decaying on a daily basis not matter what. Elo will stay the same though.
The higher your reputation gets, the higher will be the decay.

at the beginning i had a 10-9-5-4 HR, and my team reputation increased day after day i was 1300 elo at this time, now i'm 1800 and the amount earned each day cannot compensate the daily decreaase so i needed a new source of reputation. Which is ranked team with a high score on "Hype" and high on "Damage reduction" these two scores will make u gain 40-50 reputation per win and loose 10-15 per defeat. Try to look for a HR with x-x-9-10 scores around that.
