So, while thinking about the future of my team, I thought it would be nice to use my current funding to invest in academy trained players. The problem is that I currently have one training Top and I wanted to start investing in other players that could fill the other lanes.
If I were to invest in a second academy player 1. Would the new player be forced to learn top lane so that my current Top laner academy player could continue training purely in Top? Or would the new player have the option of learning a different lane upon recruitment?
2. If there isn't personalized training, is it something that is planned for the future?

You can just train one role. This will take affect for every player in the academy. This is intentional. If you could train a whole team in the academy, the market would be dead soon and there were no more interactions between the teams.
