Academy Expenses

Recently put some money into the academy for a player, got that player and set everything back to 0 for the payments and number of players I want from academy. However, in finances, it still says I'm going to pay the initial investment + my expenses despite the payment already being in the history.

Am I just not waiting long enough, or does this refresh with everything else like sandbox games and I have nothing to worry about? Sorry if this got asked already

The predicted expenses are just not that accurate. They just use your last days expenses.
So, just as you said, it will refresh with the daily update and you will be fine costwise.

As a sidenote: If you turn your "slot count" back to 0, your player will be released, cause you have no free space for him.
