I have one 16 yo and two 13 yo and they gain the same stats everyday although younger players are supposed to train faster.

Younger player should be training slightly faster, perhaps you could check over a longer time period, in my tests it currently seems OK.

If the difference in daily training between a 16 yo (bought at 15 yo) and a 13 yo is only around 0.005 (30k investment) then it seems ok. I think I just expected a larger difference.
