I currently have 200k money balance and my predicted balance is around 300k. However, when I enter the staff market and try to make an offer to a coach/pr, it shows that I can't offer more than 19k?! Why so?

It a system that prevents managers from going broke. You need to have 10 times the amount of money you want to bid.

Please don't offer 19k for a staff, no staff is worth that price, pls
