Is there a stat that shows champion's proficiency, and if so, is it modified by playing that champion (in solo queue or otherwise)?
The only hint you can get is the "soloQ statistics" at your player -> Show more info about this player.
The number of games played with that champion is relevant and boosts his performance. We call that the "champion mastery"
