The game can't find me a league

I have been playing this game since 3 or 4 days already and in the league section they keep telling me that :" 'm currently searching a spot for you in the league. You should be receiving a spot in a few minutes. If this process takes longer than 5 minutes, then let us know in the forums."
Is this normal ? Or should i make something ?
