For the past week, I have not experienced any improvement in stats from coach training

A week of training and my players have yet to experience an improvement in any one of their stats. Why is it so? Have coaches been nerfed?

I'm still getting .18 per day increase with 8 sessions on 20 stat players.

Are you sure you're not just not getting the notifications?

Go to players, click on a player that is being trained, look at more info about them then scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see information about how their training progresses.
