I think it would be good idea to randomize new team's star player, because now market is flooded with star ADCs and nobody are interested in them.

People will make new accounts with support star player to gain more money for selling, thats all

Thats only true if they create team second time, when they will know market. For first comers they will just continue with default settings on adc star.

Agreed. Randomize, or force the new player to select which player will gain the bonuses.
