Players, Market and Scouts

I think currently there has been a huge influx of 15+ adc players. There is currently 8 pages of adcs of 15+ on the market while while there is only 8(players) for top 3 for jungle 3 for support.

anyways i think the system is pumping too many adcs into the game while not balancing for other roles.

Its because inactive teams often have their adc as their star player which then become available for scouting = influx in star adc players
