it's no big secret that if you take youth players out of your academy that they train much slower then in the acadeny, a neat feature would be that they also improve stat wise by just playing matches. Ofcourse everyone improves then after a match, however younger players would gain much more. So for example I have a youth jungler and a 20 year old jungler. With regular training there isn't really a difference I believe since they both get around .25 in stats with a 10/10 coach, but with the new match training they also get a extra bonus. Seeing as 25 is the retirement limit i thought of this: 25: 0.00 per match for main role 24: 0.01 23: 0.02 22: 0.03 21: 0.04 20: 0.05 19: 0.10 18: 0.15 17: 0.20 16: 0.25 15: 0.30 14: 0.35 13: 0.40

I think solo queue could raise your stats a little bit but not anywhere from 0.20 -0 .40. Solo queue has benefits already so no need to make it insanely good. probably just make it enough to stop stat decay if you play 5+ games a day or something so like 0.01 - 0.10
You can have age dictate their decay so they younger the player the less solo queue games you would need to have no decay or get more gain.
