Would it be hard to make, that for every upcoming match you could have different strategy? Currently im testing every league opponent in sandbox, but if i change something specifically for league opponent, my team will continue playing ranked/other games with changes made. This includes player tactics, pick order, team tactics and bans.

Yes, we have been planning this, hopefully in near future we can add this to the game.
