So If team in my league was online 1 week ago, and that means his players contracts will end in +/- 5days and someone else will get them with scout, he will be playing with what? Will he be d/q or he will just gain losses?

If he has at least five player, they will be auto adjusted. Otherwise he'll just lose by default

Yes, his players will leave and become free agent players to be picked up by the scouting system once their contract runs out. Yes, he will gain losses if he does not have a full 5 player team. He will automatically lose any game that his team plays. But his team will still remain in the league.
