Having the Sponsors last entire seasons kinda makes them feel more special, but it also inhibits progress and growth of the team. If Sponsors were more oriented toward half a season (8-12 weeks), then it would promote growth and the taking of better Sponsors as they arise; it would also promote keeping up with the requirements as the season progresses instead of just taking it and then letting the money roll in. I know I did this for a while where I cut off Team Ranked because I didn't have a need for it anymore, and I focused on Streaming and Training.
Is there any way we can come together on this and lowering nearly all Sponsor duration by a little bit? This would promote growth in a serious way and the competitiveness of the Sponsors.

Agree on this suggestion. Or make a mix of short/mid/long term sponsors.

Ye it kinda sucks when you got sponsors with like >20 days duration (there are 8 out of 41 with 11 or 12 days duration) and have to wait cuz you cant cancel them. Each couple day one better sponsor is available, so i kinda lose money if i wait for better sponsors, but also lose money if i get "worse" sponsors atm :D

i actually agree with this. having sponsors last for more then a season , at 20-21 days is a bit ridiculous.
I dont believe that we should be able to cancel sponsors either , but i dont think sponsors should last more then 10-11 days here , consideinrg that in a single week most people can raise thei elo/rep enough for the next 10 sponsors.
from that regard i believe that the sponsors should be either fewer.... and have much bigger differences in requirements between them , or simply last shorter

Playing the devil's advocate, who loses and gains multiple new sponsors over the course of a single season? Maybe 1 here and there, but a sponsor overhaul just don't happen.

@Lolozaurus - Exactly my thoughts.
@Arian - That's why 8-13 weeks is a better idea since teams evolve over the course of the season, easily being different and arguably better in just a few weeks. Keeping the duration high locks team financially and inhibits growth for over a season.
