Academy would have point if I can train whole team at once - one top, one jng, one mid, one adc and one sup. I can choose only 1 role which all players would train. It's pointless.

Growing a good team as a manager takes time. It cannot happen overnight. We don't want to make the game too easy as it would be unfun.

unfun is waiting ages for 1 player. There should be options to set amount of money and role for each player. If it's expensive then I couldn't afford 5x 100k for each player, so fun is about prioritorizing not about waiting, especially for now I have no players to play.

i agree. you need to invest millions and wait for weeks to get one player to starplayer stats.

i tend to agre a bit. to get a 13 year old player to star player stats using 100k per day takes over 2 weeks. You have to waste around 2 seasons to just play catch up (since everyone will still train their current team) on him to be on par with current stars , and thats with the highest amount of money invested.
That means , that getting a 14-15 year old and training at a lesser amount then 100k is pretty much pointless....

What if u hire the youth players and train them with coaches ? Personnaly i didn't understand the training system, i thought i had to hire the player to train him then. But if we hire then coach the player, is his training less efficient than training a youth player in the academy ?

Thing is, you are limited by your gaming house for staff slots. If you waste one of your staff member to train the guy (you would need at least 10 session for the training to be better than academy) well you won't be improving your other players. Meanwhile, academy allow you to train people without using your precious staff time.

Academy is pretty balanced IMO, you can actually train a whole team in it but you just have to stagger them.
13 year old training in academy for 2 seasons, take him out at 15 and he'll last 10 years. It'll only take 2 years for each role and by the time your first player hits retirement age, you will have enough time to replace him with the academy.

Using Youth academy is the only way to reach the maximum possible stats for a player. Training a standard player is cost effective but the best players possible will be from the youth academy.
