Can the Scout find more than one player per day, or does he only find one per week ? Is he a bit random or do i only find star players when i invest an ridicilous amount of money ?

The scout is hit or miss but its a long term investment. The scout finds players who other teams discarded. Maybe their contract ran out or they fired them. As the game goes on, better and better players will be discarded and if you've invested into your scout then they will find them. Right now it is one per day, but so far I've seen an 8 stat mid before on my scout page. Eventually you will see 10+ stat players.
