Player Personality

How does it come that everyone except my jungler has a personality of 0.1? Can this be trained? And how does it affect team "ingame"?

1. When you started your team, there was a title "Entertainer". That player gets the highest initial personality stat.
2. Personality can be trained by giving a player a coach with a decent personality score (the stat is under "Pers" on the staff screen).
3. Personality does not affect game performance, but the higher it is, the more money you earn from streaming.
