It may have been my own stupidity, however I thought I'd raise it as a suggestion here for future players. After Gaining PRs and Coaches etc, I couldn't work out how to use them, or if in fact I had to use them. PRs I'm told are passive, whereas managers need to be assigned slots for players to train.
My suggestion, is that there is some kind of indication via text boxes around the 0s of the players on the training tab, or a line at the top that says to assign values against players to train, just some kind of tooltip. Thanks for hearing me out :)
