I didn't particularly see a reason why you shouldn't be able to play against yourself in sandbox.
Isn't the whole point of sandbox to try new strategies? how can you try new strategies against the same strategy/players?
Anyway I reported 'cause I thought it was a but somehow, but if it was intended then it doesn't matter at all!
