When I see interesting players I'm watching the time before the the player is sold but when I'm coming back few hours later I don't see him whereas I'm seeing before the due is finished. It's an idea I make or there is an immediate purchase?

There is no immediate purchase available on the market. You probably missed the deadline.
Also remember that every bid extends the auction to 15 mins again. So maybe the deadline got delayed by a large amount of bids.
