Let's say 2 teams are tied for first in the league, but only one can be promoted to the next league; How will the tiebreaker be decided?
No tiebreaker for now. It was mentioned that the higher divison will be filled via hidden elo again.
Really dislike this way though. Hopefully there will be an update on this before the season ends.
