Maybe I just failed reading, but I couldn't find the age of the scouted players I've getting.
I think it would be good to know their age, as I assume that trainability depends a bit on age.

Yes, the younger your player are, the faster they train. Currently all players you get from the market or scouts are 20. 1 year = 1 season = 1 month in real time. In youth academy you can get younger players the more you spend the younger they are.
