How do I train my players? I got 2 coaches and in the tab "Training" I can see them but I can not do anything with my players only Update it. I honestly don't understand this mechanic.

under the players side tab go to the training tab and adjust the numbers. You can change the number for each player and coach intersection. Each coach has a total, which is the max for the sum of all the numbers for players he is training. (Keep in mind that coaches have to accept an offer before they become yours even though your current offers appear under the yours tab for staff)
