It's really difficult to get a decent coach/player now, so far it is basically encouraging the concept of get ahead and snowball out of control and nobody will ever catch up, so what i'm suggesting is that you put some sort of buy now option for the lower managers.

for the love of god, please just go past page 1.... seriously go to page 5-10 and you can get any "10" stat coach for like 100-500 dollars

He is right go further in the page and everything start to be cheap. You can get coaches with 9s for less than a 1000$

Guys, just use the sorting option, that will give you staff that have not yet been bid on.
