I would really like to have things like how much energy certain actions consume and how much energy which facilities restore as a visible stat. The way it is now you have to do some testing every day to get behind the math of it, which given enough time and dedication will eventually happen or already has happended for some players but its not really "new player friendly".
You could for example put a description on the players-page that says "each solo queue game consumes x% energy, each steaming session y% etc. and put the values of facility upgrades next to the cost description like gaming gear v6 boosts training effectiveness by x% etc.

I am for it being analyzable, but pls don't make it too easy - we need to have guess work and secrets in the game otherwise it will get boring.

What does it mean u will add sth. U HAVE the numbers just tell them.
Its unaccaptable, that there is an optimal energy level for the players but no way for the manager to manage energy efficently. All we need to know is how much energy the individual tasks consume and how much energy the individual facilitys restore. Theres absolutly no need to delay these information.
Sry that this sounds a bit rough, but this is the one problem that annoys me the most atm, and can so easy be solved.

@leudenbach12 - We have been trying to keep the energy part something that you have to adjust by your gut. Because every manager should also have somewhat a gut feeling, you cannot make every decision based on numbers. This being said, we will add more info to this table so you don't have to write everything down. Like how many soloq, training, streaming or ranked session you had that day and how much energy you gained or lost. This way it will be much more analysable.
