So, I was told the initial investment amount into the academy determines the age and the training boosts the stats, my question is how quickly at each level of spending do stats go up for academy players for training. Without at least a rough estimate I honestly don't know how intelligent it would be to spend money on training players in the academy now as opposed to later. For example, if I were to run 30,000 a day for two weeks as opposed to 5,000 a day for 2 weeks, what would be the expected advantage at the end of 2 weeks for the 30,000 a day academy player? Knowing at least a ballpark for this is very important in deciding whether the intelligent thing to do is save up for the 500 k sponsor slot as quickly as possible or invest in the academy.
