Stats Coaches

So i found out the technical player stat is for better cs ingame. But what does the "personality" stat mean when i'm trying to get a new coach?

I am sorry if I am wrong about this, but the personality stat determines how much money the player makes streaming. So if your player has a high personality, the player will make more money streaming than a player with a lower personality score.
