If you need a better player, do you spend money developing them in the academy, or buy them from the market? And how can you get the best players? Do you invest in the scout option?

I don't think there is one perfect way to get good players. From academy you can get very young players who will train fast in the academy this works good in the long term. From the market you probably can find gems if you have a lot of money. Probably in short term is best to train your own current players.

You can buy off the market for instant results but in the long term, the best option is to focus on generating income. Max out sponsors. Get the best sponsors by having a pr manager. Upgrade to 4 sponsor slots asap. Then focus on facilities while adding coaches and random players from scouting or market who only stream for your org. Make sure everyone is going 10 streaming sessions. While you upgrade your facilities you should have enough energy regen each day to off set the cost of 10 streaming sessions. Keep getting as many coaches as possible and as your facilities upgrade so will the effectiveness of your training. Hope that helps a bit.
