After the first season, will the teams, players and all the other stuff reset? Because I guess that it would be really bad for new players to even try to get something, like a coach or player from the market, or even try to win the prize

Teams will be promoted and everything goes on. People joining late just have less chance to win the price. Not impossible though, since a lot is about strategy
