Forget about living behind league of legend's shadow, get some league of legend's, dota2, (insert any other MOBA name here), champion references and let the community give you champion name Ideas and champions introduction, this would let you advertise yourself as a MOBA Team Manager Game.

Since they don't have permit to use lol names and in fact champions cant do combo it's good idea.

Exactly, and I'm pretty sure people who like dota2 and other mobbas are also looking for games like this, but they don't come just because is a "lol" based game :)
