i drop him an offer and i see he is on my coaches and then 1-2 hours later he isnt there ....

You probably just made him an offer. At this point you do not own him. With the daily update, the coach goes to highest bidder. The bids are hidden. Usually you get a notification like "sombody else got coach xy "

Try offering a decent statistical coach with a low amount of offers (i.e some do want him) a fair amount of money. I offered some with a low amount of offers $1000 and they are in the top 8% of coaching performance now. Just wait until the update and you should have them. Hope this helps
