Yeah i just tried this, and you got only 0.15stats for 30.000$ and 0.35 for role you selected to be trained. I don't recommend this unless you got 200.000$ per day.

how good is the player you got to do that on and how much did you spend to scout him?

Everyone player starts with 3 points on every stats, but i searched him for 30.000$, the only diffrence is that, he have 16 years old, and if you spend less money then, he will be older.

.35 is still double what our 20 yr old starters are training at

Youth academy seems to be actually quite a good way to get good players on a long run

If your main team isn't training more than .35 than you have bad coaches or bad facilities.

When is the scout going to give useful players but really low stats?

I got almost 200k per day and I will try 100k rookie ;-)
