Players being trained but stats not actually going up

Pretty much just the title, my top lane and support had reports that their stats went up but when i checked they were still the same.

Edit: I may be wrong, after checking it seems my top went up .04 of a point, but unless when i knew before isnt true anymore the message would only display that a player had went up in skill when it passed the .99 threshold.

had the same issue, yesterday they did not go up after +1 mid and + leadership. Today I had three +1's and from close inspection they seem to have gone up by 0.1
