Could someone who was playing the beta try to explain how the energy system works? Does the energy affect their performance? How fast do you get energy back? How much do the different activities cost?

yes energy affects performance. Try to keep it over 75. Forgot how much each activity consumed but i think it was between 0,5 and 2/3. Don't quote me on that. , cant' remember for certain.
I actually forgot what was the base recovery rate as well , so at this point i'm wondering why the hell am i even responding to this....
