Hey guys just wondering. Why does it take so long for me to gain team elo when i win every game. I just won against the number one team atm in sandbox and won although he is about 200 elo above me. How much does elo reflect your team performance ?

Only team ranked affect your elo. Sandbox is, as its name imply, only for test purpose while in beta (test strategy for example).
