Maybe if you got to much player you can sell them on the Transfer Market for a prize set by yourself ! :)

That seems to easy, since you hire them by signing a contract. In my opinion, you should pay them something like 50% of their remaining contract to be able to fire them.

Would be also a good idea or maybe ask other teams to buy there players .... Pulling of the G2 kappa

By the way you can fire players and coaches since this morning. You will have to pay 10% of their remaining contract days * wage though.
