Question is I have my jungler in my strategy to go for builds 25/25 in both magic and physical damage, now when my jungler gets a AP champion like Bird man wll he build full magic damage or like a hybrid seeing that in the champions tab fiddle has no Attack damage got me questioning.

I'd say you should try to analyze your league opponent and build your strategy few minutes before the match.
