Youth Academy open for testing!
youth academy is now released and available for testing.
You will have to decide initial investment for each player. The more you invest the better the initial players you get.
Then you can keep training them in the academy for training investment. The more you invest the faster they will develop. Training in academy is supposed to be faster and cheaper than hiring scouts and training them in your own team.
You can require up to 5 players.
When you think a player is good and ready enough you can hire him to play for your team.
